The people behind the work
A new company. Hands on experience.
Construction and restoration for the places people work, gather, and call home.
Local people. A practical approach.
Optimus is a new Utah company built around a team with experience in construction and restoration. We support commercial owners, property managers, and homeowners from Spanish Fork to Salt Lake City.
Our work brings together commercial improvements, property damage mitigation and reconstruction, and residential remodeling. We start by understanding the property and defining what needs to happen next.
The way we approach your project.
Understand the property
We listen to your priorities and discuss the existing conditions, access, and the people using the space.
Make the scope clear
Materials, work areas, finish details, and the sequence of work belong in the conversation before the project starts.
Stay focused on the work
We coordinate the agreed scope and review the details with you as the project moves toward completion.
Let’s put a plan in place
Let’s talk about your property.
Share the project, the location, and what matters most to you.
