We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, arrange appointments, coordinate services, provide project updates, maintain customer and consent records, improve our website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Our contact form requires a phone number or email address and a message so we can respond to your request, including by phone if you provide a number. You can submit without opting in to text messages. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in recurring text messages or promotional messaging.
Text messaging and mobile information
When you opt in to Optimus customer service messaging, we use your mobile number and related information to communicate about your inquiry, estimate, appointments, scheduling, and project. Message frequency varies based on your requests and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
No sale or marketing sharing of mobile data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing categories in this policy and are not shared with third parties except aggregators and messaging service providers, such as Twilio and telecommunications carriers, as necessary to deliver and operate our text messaging service. Messaging consent is specific to Optimus and the purpose for which you provided it.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, email, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics, and customer communications. These providers may process information as needed to perform services for us. We may disclose other information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to prevent fraud. The restrictions on SMS opt-in data and consent above apply to these disclosures.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights and Meta Pixel. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may also run when configured. These tools may collect IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited, referral sources, campaign parameters, interaction events, and cookie or similar identifiers. Clarity may provide heatmaps and session recordings. Meta Pixel helps measure advertising results and may support advertising audiences and personalization on Meta services. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not provide SMS opt-in data or consent to advertising platforms for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Blocking cookies or tracking technologies may limit some website features or measurement. To stop Optimus texts, reply STOP to the number that contacted you. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Contact us by phone or email to continue discussing your project without text messages or to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, document consent and opt-outs, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Children and external websites
Our website and messaging service are intended for adults seeking property services and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes to this policy do not create messaging consent or expand the scope of consent you previously provided.
